So far I have been taking this for about a week or so and It will clean you out, it really will. The longer you use it, the more effective. I feel lighter. I feel better.
I have read that in about 3 weeks since you start this things will start working well.
I have noticed that I am not as hungry all the time, so the effects are pretty great.
The pills are easily swallowed, and I have also learned the more water you drink with these, the better they work. I suggest taking it with 16oz of water, at least. I would suggest drinking plenty of water anyways, considering most of us should be drinking a gallon of water a day, that's not tough to do. This is going to make you feel great and you will know the difference.
This is a very high quality product and it is certainly worth the time and money.
