This is a silicone non-stick backing pan for cupcakes or muffins. I am a huge baker, so I will prob use this a lot. The one thing I did not like about using this is that it's so flimsy. When you put liquid batter in it, it makes it difficult to put in the oven unless you have something hard underneath it. (which in my personal opinion, defeats the purpose of using it) I think the main idea of using this is because it is a non-stick surface. DUH! I just don't want to have to use 2 pans to make cupcakes. (okay, mini opinionated rant over)

This pan is SUPER easy to clean! Which is my number one favorite thing about it. No one enjoys the clean up of cupcake/muffin pans. I don't have a dishwasher so washing these suckers by hand is always a pain in my behind. But this pan is SO easy to clean.

I made upside down cupcakes with these last weekend and they came out so easy! It was crazy. I used both this silicone pan as well as a regular one and comparing the two, I would for sure stick to the silicone one. It was way easier to pup the cakes out as well as cleaning it. I will most likely purchase another one of these for my future baking needs. I am going to look into the mini bunt cake ones as well as the heart shaped ones.

(Brownies...MMMMM!!!)

***I did receive this product at a discounted price for my honest and unbiased opinion. I am in no way compensated for giving a good review. All of my reviews are based 100% off of my experience with the product and I never guarantee a positive review.***
