I was so excited about getting this. I have been trying to find some new ways to get outside and work on some training. Also, my son loves doing these at soccer & football camps. 

This is a very versatile agility ladder and can be used so many ways. I plan to use mine for basic fitness & cardio (And of course some obstacle course action) . I will be able to use it indoors or outdoors. It's very long.

This is a good thing to have in your yard and you don't have to worry about leaving it out or not since it is water proof. I like that it comes with the cones. I kind of wish they are a little better quality cones, but I think over all this product is going to come really handy.
