This is a nice bike bag with a set of lights and reflective stickers for your tire rims. The bag has large side pockets for storing. Bag attaches right to the bar of the bicycle below the handlebar for easy access. There is Velcro to secure bag to the stem as well as the bike bar keeping it fastened and upright. A cell phone fits securely inside the see through pouch and allows you to control the screen. The included lights are plenty bright and effective at being seen as well as being able to see. Batteries are not included and headlight requires 4 AAA, and taillight requires 2 AAA batteries. The reflective strips go onto your tire rims. One strip on a rim gives the illusion of the entire rim being reflective even at a slow speed. This is a great bundle if you are looking for a all in one package without breaking the bank.
