I am really impressed with this knee brace. It's made of breathable material that helps you not sweat so much while using it & it is also pretty durable.  While I was using it, it never rolled or gathered behind the knee. I read in some other reviews that this brace did move a lot for them. For me it did not move at all. It provides really good support. The brace is a really thin material so it can be worn under workout/yoga pants. 

I have never really had to use a brace before, but since I have been working out more regularly I have found myself using it to help when i am doing more leg workouts. This has helped a lot during those workouts as well as days after when I just a little support.
