I have always wanted to try one of these out for my hair. I just recently cut 8in off my hair so I was really sad I didn't get a chance to try it out when my hair was longer. I currently have used a ceramic straightener it I love it. My hair is naturally curly & frizzy. So any products I can find to straighten my hair I will try out.

I love that this comes with 2 clips to hold back your hair as well as the heat resistant glove. I have never used one before, so I had to try it out. I really liked that it all came in a convenient box & also a bag to store all the stuff in. When you power it on, the straighter heats up and after 5sec the button locks so you son't have to worry about accidentally changing the temp or turning it off. Obviously after reading the instructions, I learned that if you double click the power button, it will unlock it so you can adjust the temp if needed. It heats up pretty fast. For the highest heat (

450℉) it took about 3min.

Since my hair is shorter now, I felt that this straighten isn't good for my hair as much as a reg straightener is. But it still worked better than I expected. My hair is super thick and I have always needed to get the higher heating setting ones so it would work on my hair. I did notice tho, that it tamed the frizz really well. And I feel that this is less damage on my hair than when I use a regular straightener.
