I love it comes with a bag to store everything in. It makes it so much easier to bring with you to other places or to have in one set place at home. These bands are color coded, just like most resistant bands. Each has their own resistance level so you can start of with the easy one and lead up to the harder one. Using these you can work out your legs, arms and even abs. I love that you can use these while at home while watching TV, you really have no excuse not to workout! 

I have been able to use these for my BeachBody On Demand workouts, as well as the workouts I find off Pinterest. I have always liked working with these because they are really fun to use and they have amazing results.
