This was my first waist training corset. I have owned a few corsets before, but not the waist training ones. I am not sure there is a difference. Since this is my first one, I am still in need to get used to it. I have LOTS of questions, but I am guessing I will learn more in time. 

This is a really comfortable corset. It's a workout to get all those hooks, hooked up. If there is a secret, I would love to know. 

I haven't gotten the comfort level to workout in it, but I do wear it around the house and I am going to start wearing it to work this week. Since I have an office job, it should be pretty easy to wear. 

I am real eager to see the results from this trainer. I know the main idea on why people wear them, but I am in hopes to lose to inches.
